The East Belfast Independent Advice Centre will be closed over the Easter period.  We will close at 1pm on Good Friday, 29th March 2024, and will be closed all of the following week from Monday 1st April until Friday 5th April inclusive.  We will re-open on Monday 8th April 2024 at 9.00am.

 

Community Advice Training (CAT Project)

If you need advice you can come to one of our drop-in advice sessions listed below, you do not need an appointment unless it is to get a DLA, PIP or AA form filled in. 

If you require assistance with a PIP form, a Disability Living Allowance Form or an Attendance Allowance Form, you will need to call us on 028 9073 5690 to make an appointment.

If we are unable to speak to you immediately, please leave a message and we will get back to you within a day.

We provide a drop-in for FREE, confidential and independent advice in the EBIAC offices at the following times:

Monday     10.00am - 12.00 noon  
Tuesday  
Wednesday  
Thursday  10.00am - 12.00 noon  
Friday  
   

Advisers attend the following free outreach advice clinics:

Drop-in on Tuesday 9.30am - 12 noon at Short Strand Community Centre, 26A Beechfield Street, Belfast BT5 4EQ.

Drop-in on Tuesday 10.00am - 12  noon at Tullycarnet Community Support Services, Tullycarnet Primary School, Kings Road, Belfast BT5 7EH

 

Advicers also attend the following locations:

Belfast City Hospital on Wednesday 2.00pm - 5.00pm;

Knockbracken Health Care Park on Wednesday 9.30am - 12 noon; 

Storehouse Food Bank on Wednesday 10.00am - 12 noon; and

The Larder at St Christophers Church on Friday 10.00am - 12 noon.
